Mom and Dad took Uncle Jason to the Chicago Bears game against the Vikings.

First day at school! I start 2nd grade, and Melina started Kindergarten.
Actually, Melina is in Kindergarten Plus, which means she's in Kindergarten
all day.

Dad's still working on the basement. Now he's putting mud on the walls.
I don't know why it's called mud, but Dad says it's normal.

Josh spent a week at Camp St. Croix. He met a lot of cool kids and had
a great time. Here he is on his first day.

Dad took Melina to California to spend some time with Lola and Lolo and
my other cousins and uncles and aunts. Melina also spent some time at
the beach.

We went to the Great Wolf lodge at Wisconsin Dells and had a great time.
We rode on the Wisconsin Ducks, which drive like a car but also float
like a boat.

Melina graduated from Pre-School today. Here she is at her graduation

Dad went to Europe for 2 weeks for his class. He said it was really busy
but he got to see Amsterdam, Belgium, and London.

Mom had a patio put in the backyard. It has a big fire pit. It's really

Uncle Jon, Uncle Randy, Uncle Jason, Terry, and Trevor came out to help
Dad put in sheet rock. It took all day, but it really looks cool with
all the walls.

Joshua decided to make a Russian salad. He said it was his school project.

Dad finished all of the walls of the basement, and he put in wires for
electricity, speakers, telephone, and TV. He also put in lights, smoke
detectors, and heater vents, whatever that means. Dad said everyone will
come over next week to put sheet rock so that you can't see through the
walls.

Happy Easter! We went for an egg hunt at the park. The Easter Bunny was
there.

Dad decided to surprise Mom with a car for her 40th birthday present.
Even though her birthday is in June, Dad thought she wouldn't be expecting
it. Josh went with Dad to pick up the car. Mom came home later and we
surprised her when she opened the garage.
