Happy Thanksgiving! We had a great Thanksgiving, with a big Turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus, yams, pumpkin pie, and fruit salad. We all ate a whole bunch. Mom and Dad think it's the best Turkey they have ever had. Then we watched Tomb Raider, but Dad's new speakers kinda made it scary. Here's Guy and me helping to set up the table.

November 18, 2001
Josh went to see the Harry Potter movie as part of his friend's birthday party. Dad and Guy went to a Sacramento Kings basketball game.

Dad took me and Josh to see Monsters, Inc. Some parts were scary for me.

Josh, Dad, and I carved the pumpkins on Tuesday night. Then I played with Melina...

For Halloween, I was Batman and Josh was Scorpion.....

Halloween was fun. I got a lot of candy, but Mom and Dad ate some.

Joshua had a party at school on Thursday and everyone dressed like a cowboy. He did some square dancing and we had cookies and juice.

Today we went to Apple Hill to get some pumpkins. There were a lot of pumkins and animals. A lady painted a picture on Joshua's face (and he didn't wash it off for two days).

Happy Birthday, Nicholas! It's my birthday! We had a really fun party. Mom got a Dinosaur jumpy house, and all of us played for hours in it. Josh said it was the best day of his life. Now I have to remember to say I'm 3 years old.

Happy Birthday, Melina! Melina Grace Mallari was born today at 11:23am at Mercy Hospital Folsom. She was 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 20 inches long. More important, she's healthy! Here's some pictures Dad took a few minutes after she was born.

Dad says she looks like Josh, but Josh is a boy, so I don't know what Dad is talking about. I got to see Melina while she was taking a nap.

Mom is doing pretty good. She's staying with my sister in the hospital tonight.

July 29, 2001
Happy Birthday, Joshua! Josh is 7 years old today. Also, Mom and Dad had their anniversary today! We went out for Brunch (I had sausage, and egg, and apples). Then we went to Toys R Us and then we went to the pet store, where Josh got a hamster for his birthday. He named it Pepper.

Joshua got some nice gifts from everyone in Minnesota. He really likes everything. And I like the glasses that came with his book. Dad says I look like Elton John.

We took a family picture for Uncle Jason's birthday. Here it is.

Happy July 4! We went to the RiverCats game to see the fireworks. It was really hot. The fireworks were fun.

Then Dad and Josh lit some fireworks in Folsom.

Guy's birthday was today. He got a drum set. Josh and I like to play it too. We went to IHOP with Hillary's family to celebrate Guy's birthday. Hillary is Guy's girlfriend. Then we drove Dad to the airport. Dad is going on a business trip today.

Mom's birthday was this weekend. She got new sunglasses and then we went out to eat for dinner. Dad said the place was called Outback. I ate a lot of crab legs. On Wednesday, Dad's car was broken into at his work. They broke the door lock, took the CD player, the two 2-way radios he got from Mom for Christmas, and his digital camera. That's why I don't have pictures for the last two weeks. Dad was pretty sad. On Thursday, Mom and Dad went to another baptism class. Sunday was Father's Day. Josh and Dad went to play golf in the morning. Then we all went swimming, and had a barbeque.

June 10, 2001
Joshua had his last game on Wednesday. Then we went out for pizza and played video games. On Thursday, Mom and Dad went to a baptism class. On Friday, Dad took the day off and we all went to Marine World. We had cotton candy and lots of ice cream. Sunday, we went to another RiverCats game. This time, we came early and Josh and Dad went out in the field with all the other players for a parade. Then we ate lots of peanuts, hamburgers, cotton candy, snow cones, and fries. I think there was also a baseball game.

May 28, 2001
We went to the RiverCats game Sunday. Josh and I ate a lot of peanuts, cotton candy, snow cones, hamburgers, and fries. I think there was also a baseball game. Anyway, on Monday, we had Danielle and Derek and their parents over for a pool party. Derek's dad liked the barbeque.

May 20, 2001
Mom had a garage sale Saturday. We sold a couch, bed, desk, table, printer, and a buch of toys and clothes. It was hot though. Then we went to the Balloon festival just down the street for a night show.

On Sunday morning, Dad and Josh went to see the balloons fly.

Dad just got back from London, where he was doing work for the last week. Dad showed me a picture of Blues Clues in London, but I'm not sure that London really knows who Steve is and how he talks and what he looks like.

Josh set up a tent in the family room and slept in it at night. Of course, when we're playing in the tent, I get real happy.

But sometimes, I get real sad.
